Privacy Policy for OMS for VTS/QBO Internal Integration

This Privacy Policy describes how data is collected, used, and managed by the OMS for VTS/QBO internal integration (the “Integration”) developed and operated by Vintage Imports Inc (“Company”). This policy applies to all users of the Integration.

The Integration is designed to facilitate the flow of information between Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online for internal business purposes. To fulfill this function, the Integration may collect and process the following data:

• Reading Items and Customers, as well as reading and creating Invoices and Credit Memos from/in QuickBooks Online for Vintage Trucking and Storage LLC.
• User activity and data entered into/collected by the Google Sheets document with which this integration interacts with.
• User account information necessary for authentication and access to both Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online.

The data collected is limited to what is necessary for the Integration to perform its intended functions.

2. Data Ownership

All data collected, processed, and generated through the use of the Integration is and will remain the sole and exclusive property of Vintage Imports Inc and Vintage Trucking and Storage LLC.

3. Use of Data

The data collected by the Integration is used for the sole purpose of enabling and managing the functionality of the Integration. This includes:

• Facilitating the transfer and synchronization of data between Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online.
• Generating reports and analyses for internal business use.
• Improving the performance and functionality of the Integration.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

The data will not be used for any purpose other than what is described in this policy without your explicit consent.

4. Data Security

We are committed to protecting the data collected by the Integration. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of the data. All data is processed and stored within our secure internal systems and is subject to our standard security protocols.
