It is here, in the foot hills of the Vosges Mountains, beneath the spectacular Haut-Koenigsbourg castle, that Olivier Biecher’s family established their cellar in 1762. Today Olivier Biecher is proud to embrace his family’s winemaking tradition, and honors his heritage with each passionately made bottle of wine released. Jean Biecher & Fils is the largest producer of organic wines in the region.
