Crisp and clean, showcasing fresh agave with vegetal, possibly citrus/herbaceous notes. At 40% it will be relatively approachable, with lighter alcohol edge. The finish should be clean, with agave purity.

Unaged (“blanco”) — distilled and bottled soon. No barrel aging.

Excellent for classic tequila cocktails (Margarita, Paloma), or sipping neat or on ice for someone new to tequila. Also good with seafood (ceviche), citrusy dishes, fresh salsas.
