I understand that by selecting a sponsorship opportunity and cost commitment on this form, I am expressing my brand’s commitment in sponsoring the selected promotional item. Sponsorship opportunities shown on this form are currently available. If an option is unavailable or inactive, it has already been claimed.

After submitting this form, the designated contact will receive a mock-up proof of the selected promotional item for review and approval. Approval must be received by the specified deadline. If approval is not received by that date, Vintage Imports reserves the right to offer the sponsorship opportunity to another participating brand.

I acknowledge that approval of the promotional proof confirms my brand’s participation, verifies the accuracy of the branding, and authorizes assignment of the associated sponsorship cost.
