SARAH HIRSH
At the age of five, Sarah began to exhibit a discerning palate, leading her parents to affectionately nickname her “The Nose.” Her professional journey in the hospitality industry commenced at fourteen, where she served in some of America’s distinguished restaurants. Notably, during the early 2000s, she was the sole tuxedo-clad female server at Chicago’s Rosebud Steakhouse, adjacent to the Drake Hotel by night while she sold Mercedes Benz by day along the Magnificent Mile. Following a period in the political sphere, including an internship in the Clinton White House, Sarah returned to her passion for hospitality. She also undertook an entrepreneurial endeavor, owning her own cafes for several years in Pennsylvania, an experience that deepened her appreciation for those established in the field. Sarah is profoundly grateful for the opportunities she has had to travel the world within the hospitality sector, working in both wholesale and supplier roles where colleagues and clients have become cherished friends. Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors or cooking with her teenage daughter.
