Deep ruby colour. Nose of red fruits and notes of licorice. Mouth the wine is clear, showing freshness and intensity. Very nice wine with persistent aromas.

A family-owned estate owned by Arnaud Garbay is producing a nice, modern and very affordable wine. Graves wines are typically balanced and elegant, as evidenced by this blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. A nose of red fruits with notes of licorice. In the mouth the wine shows freshness and intensity. Very nice wine with persistent aromas.

Vinification:
Mechanical harvesting with on-board sorting. Sorting table in the vat room.
Traditional vinification with 2 to 3 weeks of yeast fermentation
natural. 2 pumping over per day. Malolactic fermentation in tank
stainless steel and resin. Aging in vats.
