Les 7 Hommes is a dry white 100% Sauvignon Blanc with a fruity, flinty edge and aromatics of floral and citrus notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh, clean, and smooth with hints of white pepper, delicate gooseberry and lemon pith. The finishes lingers with a delicate minerality.
