The Estate

This cuvée is sourced from a single vineyard parcel, selected for its ability to deliver purity and tension in Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes are harvested at peak freshness and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve aromatics. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees to build texture while maintaining clarity and lift. No oak is used, allowing the vineyard’s character to remain front and center.
