The Estate

Domaine Mondange is a Corsican estate focused on expressing the island’s unique terroir through indigenous grape varieties. Located between mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, the vineyards benefit from strong coastal influences and mineral-rich soils. The “Laudria” Rosé reflects the freshness, salinity, and aromatic character typical of Corsican wines.

Wine Making

Grapes are harvested early to preserve acidity and aromatic lift. Gentle pressing and short skin contact create the wine’s pale color and delicate structure. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to maintain freshness and varietal expression. The coastal climate contributes to balance and a distinctive mineral profile.

Food Suggestions
