The Estate

The winery is in the Alto Douro, in the sub-region of Cima-Corgo, a high-altitude, challenging terroir. This bright, zesty pèt-nat is 100% pinot noir, from two hectares of 18 year old vines grown organically on granitic soils.

Wine Making

Grapes are hand harvested and pressed whole cluster into temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, where spontaneous fermentation with ambient yeasts occurs. No dosage, no fining, and no filtration: just delicious refreshment in a bottle!
