The Estate

Kaiken was established in 2002 by renowned Chilean winemaker Aurelio Montes, who expanded into Argentina to explore the high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza. The Estate line represents the winery’s commitment to crafting fresh, approachable wines that highlight the natural vibrancy of the region. The Sauvignon Blanc–Semillon blend reflects Mendoza’s ability to produce crisp, aromatic whites with balance and character.

Wine Making

Grapes are harvested early from high-altitude vineyards to preserve acidity and aromatic intensity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures to maintain freshness and purity of fruit. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees to enhance texture without adding heaviness. The style emphasizes brightness, balance, and varietal clarity.

Food Suggestions

Pairs beautifully with fresh seafood such as shrimp, oysters, or grilled white fish. It also complements citrus-dressed salads, goat cheese, and light vegetable dishes, making it ideal for fresh and seasonal menus.
