The Estate

Laetitia Ducroux represents a multi-generational Sancerre estate with deep roots in the Sancerre appellation. Located in Crézancy-en-Sancerre and guided by winemaker Laetitia, the domaine focuses on fresh, terroir-driven Sauvignon Blanc that reflects the purity and mineral character of the Loire Valley.

Wine Making

Sauvignon Blanc grapes are harvested from vineyards on gently sloping hills moderated by the Loire River’s cool continental climate. The fruit is machine-harvested and vinified with minimal intervention to preserve freshness and varietal purity. The wine undergoes classic fermentation without malolactic conversion and sees no oak influence, resulting in a clean, vibrant, and mineral-driven expression typical of Sancerre.
