Technical Details

The Perez Pascuas pours to an intense red with certain brick-colored nuances. Aromas of berries and ripe fruits with a great intensity of aging sensations (spices, balsamic, chocolates) to show complexity. In the mouth it is broad, powerful and with great volume, soft and round tannins that provide a sapid and very aromatic sensation in the retronasal.

The Estate

Viña Pedrosa’s story begins with Mauro Pérez and the lands that he loved and worked on throughout his life. He was a hard-working and innately intelligent man who taught his children to respect the land and take pride in their work. Today, the winery is on the vineyards that he left his family, in Pedrosa de Duero in the Spanish province of Burgos.

Aging potential of 20 years in optimal conditions of 13-14 0 C and 60% relative humidity, without temperature fluctuations.
