Riserva Taurinorum Vermouth di Torino Superiore has a base of Moscato, to which extracts of herbs and spices, including saffron, sage, orange peel and Piedmontese Roman wormwood, are added.

The Estate

Two centuries of grape harvests make history. Since 1820 Tosti has been producing still and sparkling wines and is a family-run estate which has witnessed seven generations of the Bosca family at the helm of operations.

Wine Making

A sophisticated note comes from cinchona, rhubarb, aloe vera, quassia wood and gentian infusion while the global balance is due to sugar addition which perfectly matches with bitter notes. Finally, adding sugar helps to balance the bitter herbs, making the product very balanced.
