The adventure began over 25 years ago on our Ransom organic farm and distillery in Sheridan, Oregon when we pioneered the American craft spirits movement. Our mission is purpose driven and our motto is hands on production with ‘low tech’ – no robots or computers. It is truly a labor of love that has transformed the industry. This is how we revived the Old Tom Gin and led the way in mash-build, blended whiskeys. Our vermouth is the stuff of legend and has received top scores from key opinion leaders. Azzenta’s winemakers carefully craft this Sparkling wine using traditional methods, then the spinning cone process gently removes the alcohol while preserving the delicate aromas and flavors. AZZENTA non-alcoholic wines were created in Northern Italy to satisfy the growing demand for a full-on wine experience, missing only the alcohol. AZZENTA wines are derived from Italian Chardonnay (Brut Sparkling) and Italian Merlot (Rosé).

It starts in the vineyard and includes proprietary equipment that uses a gentle vacuum process to remove the alcohol and lasts no more than 19 seconds at 74°.
