Ripe cut strawberries on the nose with clove and cedar aromatics moving to a medium weight palate fresh with cherry and lavender. This wine finishes round with bright tannins and a smooth, lengthy finish.
For three generations, our family has been growing grapes on the fertile soils along the east side of Seneca Lake. Today we have over 119 acres of planted vineyards separated into more than 20 different vineyard blocks, planted predominantly on Honeoye Silt Loam and Lansing Gravely Loam soils.
Aged for 6 months in French Oak barrels.
Pairs well with veal. pork, deer, venison, poultry dishes, and mushrooms.
