As the only surviving 19th-century wooden three-level gravity-flow winery in the Napa Valley, Trefethen’s iconic historic winery is truly one of a kind.

Wine Making

A limited-production white wine blend of Chardonnay, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc. Throughout harvest, the grapes had the opportunity to fully ripen with lower sugar and higher acidity, producing deep and bright wines of exceptional quality, reminiscent of classic heralded Napa vintages.

Food Suggestions

Pairs well with shellfish, mature or hard cheese, spicy foods, and tomato based dishes.
