His expertise spans a wide array of culinary concepts — from the vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine to the refined techniques of Japanese dining, and the impeccable standards of Michelin-starred steakhouses, managing multiple bar concepts and coordinating events for a large international hotel chain. In addition to his sommelier qualifications, his extensive knowledge and experience in complex cocktail programs and mixology, further enhances his ability to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. Now, as a wine and spirits representative for Vintage Imports, Trevor continues to share his passion and expertise with industry partners, ensuring every bottle and cocktail is perfectly curated.
