Our Team

Dan grew up on a pecan farm in Oklahoma where he learned the value of hard work and a thing or two about agriculture. With an eagerness to see the world, he traveled a lot during his 20’s, finding he had a knack for restaurant operations and a growing passion for wine. In 2008 he settled in the Philadelphia area and now lives with his family of 4 in southern New Jersey. With Vintage, he is able to utilize his 20 years of general manager and beverage director experience to consult restaurants on their beverage programs, while working closer with the producers to satisfy his passion and grow in the wine industry.
