Movviu is a demi sparkling white wine that reflects the lively freshness typical of Sardinia. Made from Cannonau grapes, this demi sparkling wine is crafted with a soft pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine’s natural effervescence is preserved through a second natural fermentation. In the glass, it displays a bright straw yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers an aromatic bouquet of white flowers, fresh citrus, peach, and green apple, with a subtle mineral hint. On the palate, it is vibrant and light, with a refreshing finish supported by fine bubbles.
