The Estate

Wine Making

Fruit for this cuvée comes from the renowned Chêne Marchand vineyard, celebrated for its Kimmeridgian limestone soils similar to those found in Chablis. Grapes are harvested at optimal maturity to preserve freshness and tension. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to maintain aromatic clarity and terroir expression. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees for added texture, with no oak influence.
