From its very beginnings, the Chávarri family has always been involved with the land and wine. Four generations of winegrowers have loved and respected the land of their ancestors. Our ongoing commitment is based on the foundations laid by our founder Francisco Chávarri; an enterprising man of the time with a great entrepreneurial vision. This was what led him to establish himself as a winemaker and to acquire the first number on the Rioja Alavesa Bottling Register. This concern for the wine industry has been deeply ingrained in each new generation, and today we want to keep that determined and inspiring spirit alive for generations to come.
