Huteau Boulanger is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation in the Loire Valley, France. Founded by Catherine and François, the estate spans 45 hectares and is dedicated to producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
Huteau Boulanger cultivates a variety of grape types, including Melon de Bourgogne, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Gamay, Cabernet Franc, and Chenin Blanc. Each grape variety is vinified to highlight its individual characteristics. For example, their Muscadet Sèvre et Maine is aged on lees in underground glass vessels for 6 to 12 months, enhancing its complexity and texture.
