Justin Pass has over a decade of experience in the beverage and hospitality industries. Much of that time was spent as a Fine Wine and Craft Spirit Consultant in Washington, DC and Los Angeles, where he worked extensively with wines and spirits from some of the world’s most prestigious boutique producers, as well as the portfolios of global suppliers.

He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and is a 2008 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He also holds an Advanced Certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), and has been recognized as a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) by the Society of Wine Educators. When he’s not out in the world preaching the gospel of Aperitivi, he can be found cooking at home with his better half, Rachel, or obsessing to no avail about how to conclude his website bio.
