Using Amaretto barrels, we are finishing our bourbon for a one of kind whiskey. Nutty notes with a touch of dessert sweetness.
Over a century ago the 2BAR ranch was founded in Texas. For five generations the 2BAR brand has stood for quality, independence, and hard work. A collaboration Bourbon –
The Sons of Vancouver distillery, who age their Amaretto in used 2BAR Bottled in Bond Bourbon Barrels send the recycled barrels now rich with the nutty and robust flavors of Amaretto are then sent back to 2BAR where this bourbon rests for an additional 9 months.
A Cocktail recipe for this beauty –
Why not mix the best of both worlds and make an Amaretto Whiskey Sour? 1.5oz 2Bar Amaretto Bourbon, 1 egg white, 1oz Lemon Juice, 0.5oz Simple Syrup. Shake with ice and then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Cheers!
