It is a small batch, 100% New York State straight bourbon. Mash bill includes four grains: corn, oats, rye, and barley. Aged 3 to 4 years in new charred oak barrels.
Given its proof and flavor profile, this bourbon will work well neat or with a drop of water / a large ice cube to open up the oak and sweet notes. Also good in bourbon-forward cocktails (Old Fashioned, Manhattan) where its spices can accentuate the bitters or vermouth. For sipping, try a comfortable whiskey glass (snifter or Glencairn).
