These small batches are handcrafted by small producers in the state of Michoacan. Wild Cupreata using traditional techniques from the Mexican Pacific coast: Conical stone oven, milled and naturally fermented in a pine pile underground with double philippine distillation in a copper pot and montera.
After establishing professional and personal relationships with numerous tequila families in the Valles region (Valle De Tequila), Alberto’s affection for the Blue Weber and the cask ageing led him to dream of creating Derechito Tequila. After he brought together his roots and present: creating thefirst tequila aged in Ribera del Duero barrels with the limited edition Derechito Rosé Cillar De Silos & Familia Callejo.
