Aromas of white-peppered sweet agave, citrus peel, chocolate mint, sage, lemongrass, olive, and roasted jalapeño-spiced butter. Roasted agave fibers thrive in a medium bodied, slightly oily texture. Finish is long, slightly peppery, herbal, earthy, with a late hint of agave syrup sweetness.
