Production Process

This blended malt is crafted by combining carefully selected Japanese malt whiskies with malt whiskies sourced internationally, then maturing the blend first in classic oak barrels before an extended secondary finish in Yoshino Sugi (Japanese cedar) casks. The cedar finish imparts a highly aromatic wood profile — distinct from traditional oak — contributing intense woody and herbal notes throughout the whisky. The spirit is bottled at 48% ABV and non-chill filtered to preserve maximum flavor and complexity.
