The Loca Loka Blanco is transparent with crystal sparkles. It has intense sharpness, a blend of the rounder fruity flavors of cooked agave along with the earthier floral flavors of the Highland agaves, and a distinct fruity flavor with subtle earthy tones. What lingers on the tongue, long finish of smooth and fruity tones of the agave. In the other words, complex yet easy to drink. In terms of taste, the sweetness of cooked Highland agave with a prolonged finish without being aggressive on the throat.

Agaves are hand-picked, extracted using traditional roller and screw mills. The agave is slow cooked in brick ovens and autoclaves, fermented naturally with wild yeasts and no additives, and are carefully monitored in stainless steel pot stills.
