Table Fee

The first table will be assessed a fee of $700. If you register for additional tables, the 50% discount will be calculated after all tables have been submitted.

Acceptance of Table Fees*

Your total for table fees and additional costs will be calculated and invoiced to you after registration closes. If you buy more than one table, your fees will be manually adjusted before you are invoiced.

Staffing Coverage*

Will you provide staffing for this table? Due to legal requirements related to serving alcohol, all tables must be staffed. Ideally, this would be by a representative from your organization. However, if you are unable to staff your table, Vintage Imports can obtain coverage for an additional fee of $400 per table.

Happy Hour at the Moshulu*

We invite our suppliers and brand representatives to attend a Happy Hour event hosted by the Vintage Imports executive team at the Moshulu Restaurant, held the night before our Grand Portfolio Tasting.

We will confirm your attendance the week prior to the event, as we understand travel plans may change. The provided contact will receive all communication regarding the Happy Hour event.
