Crisp apples and bosc pear illuminate the glass, along with notes of lemon zest and white lilies.  On the palate this wine is direct yet sumptuous and walks purposefully into the long and lingering finish.

The Estate

Drawn to the uniqueness of the land and its proximity to Portland, it was here they decided to stake their claim, plant their first rows of Pinot noir along Quarter Mile Lane, and establish what would become the Chehalem Mountains’ first-ever winery in 1978—Adelsheim.

Wine Making

Grapes are harvested from Chehalem Mountains and farmed organically, according to LIVE certification.
