The Moscato grapes are planted in one of pur “Sorì” (southern facing) slopes in San Rocco Seno d’Elvio (Alba). A rough steep terrain, with a marked southern exposure where the work must be done by hand and the production is very small. The result is a sweet, aromatic, slightly fizzy wine with great fullness and satisfaction.
