A bright greenish color with some elegant floral notes, citrus fruit and a hint of herbs. The palate has a firm acidity and pleasantly fills the palate, leading to a nice, persistent aftertaste.
In 1951, Vicente Aresti Astica acquired the Bellavista Estate in Curicó, a renowned winegrowing valley, and started building a family tradition of excellence in winemaking with passion at the core of their philosophy. Over half a century of meticulous work resulted in a tradition of high-quality wines that were the labels of choice of the most prestigious wineries at that time.
In the east around Molina and north of the Claro River, the chilling winds coming off of the Andes make this part of the valley cooler. In the west, the Coastal Range protects inland wine growing areas from the Pacific Ocean, making it hotter and drier. The valley can support a large range of grape varieties within these climatic variations.
Pairs well with shellfish, vegetarian dishes, and goat cheese.
