This stainless steel fermented and aged Sauvignon Blanc displays lemon zest with citrus notes and Honeydew melon. This wine has hints of grapefruit on the entry, a Ruby grapefruit mid-palate, and a long honey-like finish.
In the late 1930s, our Grandfather, Irv Bliss, first visited Mendocino County and spotted a picturesque ranch among the rolling hills and unspoiled land. Years later, when Irv learned of a Mendocino property for sale, he gathered all his savings and placed a bid—sight unseen.
Estate bottled and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Pairs well with salads, hard or mature cheese, and spicy dishes.
