Cava Valdeorite Brut Rosé has an attractive salmon color, clean and bright, with delicate violet hues. As you bring the glass to our nose, captivating aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries unfold, complemented by subtle notes of tropical fruit. As time passes, a new range of aromas derived from fermentation and aging on the lees is revealed, including dairy and bakery nuances. This wine offers an initial voluminous attack, with a pleasant sensation of unctuous freshness. Within seconds, these sensations intensify, revealing the fruit perceived in the olfactory phase through the retronasal passage.
