A dry wine with floral notes and fresh flavors which provide a refreshingly crisp finish.
The Montepulciano grapes are grown in selected vineyards in the Pescara and Chieti provinces of Abruzzo, central Italy. All the vineyards are on hillside slopes of around 300-400 m above sea level.
The grapes are de-stemmed and very gently soft-pressed in a pneumatic press. Prior to fermentation, the must is chilled to allow a natural separation of sediment and juice, after which selected yeast is added to initiate fermentation. Fermentation takes place oH the skin in temperature-controlled conditions for approximately 15 days
Pairs well with shellfish, vegetarian dishes, mushrooms, and aperitif.
