The Vermentino di Sardegna Notteri from Cantina Castiadas is a white wine that embodies the brightness and vivacity of its land. Produced in the coastal areas of southeastern Sardinia, it benefits from an ideal viticulture climate, thanks to abundant sunshine and sea breezes.
Light maceration on the skins, soft pressing and only the free-run must, after cold decantation, ferments at low temperatures for around 15 days, then rests for another 60 days on the fine lees.
Pairs well with fish dishes, seafood, and light starters, as well as more flavorful dishes like seafood risotto or pesto pasta.
