The Estate

Casal de Armán continues its tradition of preserving Galicia’s native red grape varieties through careful vineyard management and small-scale production. The winery’s location in Ribeiro provides a unique Atlantic-influenced climate that supports freshness and aromatic complexity. Their wines reflect a strong commitment to regional identity and traditional grape varieties.

Wine Making

Grapes are harvested from estate vineyards planted on granite soils typical of the Ribeiro region. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with careful extraction to preserve delicate fruit character. The wine may see brief oak aging to enhance structure while maintaining freshness. The style emphasizes balance, acidity, and varietal expression.

Food Suggestions

Pairs well with roasted poultry, grilled pork, or mushroom-based dishes. It also complements tapas, charcuterie, and lighter Mediterranean cuisine.
