This wine is a deep and brilliant ruby red color with bright red fruit notes on the nose. The palate is beautifully intense with lots of volume, dark cherry and chocolate flavors and supported by very round tannins. A true classic at an affordable price!

The grapes are mechanically harvested with pre-fermentation maceration happening at the winery. Vinified in both stainless-steel and concrete vats using temperature control thermoregulation 24-26°C (about 75-78°F).
Pairs well with beef, veal, deer, venison, and poultry dishes.
