The varieties are vinified separately and blended in just the right amounts to obtain the final cuvée. Total destemming, Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats yields a wine with a pretty ruby color and fine aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it displays a round and fleshy texture with structured tannins and fruity flavors.
Our family relies on four centuries of viticulture in the Bordeaux region, more precisely in Entre-deux-Mers. The Lobre vineyards include the Château de l’Aubrade, Château Rougier and Château Jamin.
Because protecting our environment means transmitting a better future to the generations of tomorrow. Our wines come from plots certified High Environmental Value (HVE3) by the Grenelle de l’Environnement.
Pairs well with beef, veal, deer, venison, and poultry dishes.
