The Estate

Cielo e Terra is a long-standing, family-owned winery in Veneto known for producing approachable wines that reflect regional tradition. ‘Appassionante’ is inspired by the appassimento technique, where a portion of grapes are partially dried to concentrate flavor and richness. The wine combines Italian heritage with a modern, fruit-forward style.

Wine Making

Ravishing for plot and taste. 1908 is a fundamental date for our family. Just then, Giovanni Cielo, our great-grandfather, bought his first vineyards to produce the family wines. After four generations of juicy successes, the intriguing taste of the Appassionante was born … in red, with a special touch from its grapes, partially dried. A special wine ready to be enjoyed every day, intense but always pleasant in Summer as in Winter. Delightfulness is the key to its success. Passion is what has decreed its charm.
