The Estate

The Cielo Family first began producing wines in the Veneto Region in 1908. Their tasty red blend is crafted from four varietals grown in separate regions to highlight the different growing areas throughout Italy: it features 42% Sangiovese from Abruzzo, 28% Merlot from the Veneto, 25% Cabernet from Sicily and 15% Primitivo from Apuglia.

Wine Making

After coming together, the wine matured for 7 months in new and used oak.
