This medium bodied wine was produced from the finest Chardonnay grapes obtained from two lush vineyards, in Carbunup and Wilyabrup. In a wine glass, the drink flaunts a pale straw colour with green tints. Its perfumed bouquet emits fresh aromas of melon and citrus with a gentle floral touch. These citrus characters replicate on the well balanced palate, where they are joined by stone fruit flavours and a hint of French oak. The finale is smooth, and is marked by lingering flavours of ripe fruits.
We use only our own grapes, and nurture them with minimal intervention through the process to the bottle. In addition to Fragola, we have a range of varietals across our vineyards, and honour the land with our premium Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnays, which thrive in the region.
The Credaro family produces all of their own wines, in their 1200-tonne winery in Northern Margaret River, which was built in 2003.
Pairs well with mild or creamy cheeses, pasta with pesto, butter-based pasta, chicken or fish in a creamy sauce, or vegetable-based dishes.
