Technical Details
Vintage Description

Straw yellow with greenish reflections; clean and bright. Good aromatic intensity. Primary notes include citrus (lemon, lime), white stone fruits (apple, possibly pear), fresh herbs and some floral touches. Also a saline / oceanic mineral back-note. Fresh, balanced, medium body. Fruity (citrus, white fruit) with herbal and saline/mineral character. The finish is long, with freshness and slight bitterness / saline note at the end.

Wine Making

Fermented in stainless steel, with no oak ageing. Focus is on freshness, fruit purity, herbal and saline/mineral edge.

Food Suggestions

Pairs well with seafood (shrimp, oysters, scallops), shellfish. Also goes well with light fish dishes, ceviche.
