The nose is fresh and inviting with hints of exotic and citrus fruits, the palate crisp and refreshing, hints of sweet berries tempered by pink grapefruit for a clean, fruity finish.
Domaine de Guillaman is a sixth generation family-owned wine estate in Gascony, south-west France. Dominique Ferret took over the estate from his grandfather, Albert, and took the family business away from the traditional production of Armagnac to the production of high quality table wines under the Côtes de Gascogne IGP.
A Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and Merlot (15%) make up this delightfully crisp and easy-drinking rosé from the Ferret family vineyards in Gascony. Harvested at low temperature, cool-fermented and matured on fine lees for the gentlest of blushing in appearance.
Pairs well with shellfish, appetizers and snacks, lean fish, and aperitif.
