The grapes for this wine, mostly criolla, were harvested on small farms with old vines in the town of Maimará and co-fermented together in clay amphorae with whole bunches. A fluid and delicate wine, with very nice fruit and good texture.
It all began in 2018, when the fourth generation of Manzurs decided to fulfill their grandfather Pedro’s dream and dedicate themselves to wine.
Pequeños Parceleros is a family of wines that tells the story of the people who live in the different towns of the Quebrada de Humahuaca. It was born as a tribute to the Quebrada terroir and seeks to be the expression of each geography.
Pairs well with herb-infused roasted vegetables, dark chocolate desserts, and shrimp based dishes.
