The grapes for this wine, mostly Criolla blanca, harvested on small farms, old vines from Purmamarca and co-fermented in clay amphorae. A fluid and delicate wine, with very nice fruit and good acidity.
It all began in 2018, when the fourth generation of Manzurs decided to fulfill their grandfather Pedro’s dream and dedicate themselves to wine.
Harvested from a single vineyard, from sandy stony soil. Grapes are de-stemmed, no lees contact, light filtration, and native yeast used. Sustainable and organic winemaking practices.
Pairs well with pork, shellfish, vegetarian dishes, mature/hard cheese, lean fish, and mild/soft cheeses.
