The Estate

Our Elizabeth Rose Pinot Noir grapes thrive in the sprawling expanse of
Block House, our largest vineyard spanning 292 acres. Located on the valley
floor, Block House benefits from the refreshing influence of the San Pablo Bay breeze, creating optimal conditions for the cultivation and maturation of Pinot Noir.

Wine Making

This particular Pinot Noir is an exquisite blend, combining the distinct characteristics of the Dijon and Wente clones. Remarkably, nearly 20% of Block House is exclusively devoted to the cultivation of these exceptional Pinot Noir grapes. Aged for 9 Months Oak with 35% New French Oak.
