Wine with a garnet color and intense hue. The aroma is smooth and fine and in it stand out the characteristics of the varieties involved. Notes of blackberries, some prunes and cassis blend elegantly, allowing the wood to emerge very smoothly. In the mouth it is a smooth wine, with a balanced acidity and a solid structure supported by tannins.
Their 18ha vineyard benefits from a microclimate, as it is affected by the Atlantic breezes and the heat from the Alentejo Plains. Actually, in administrative terms, the estate is part of the Peninsula de Setubal demarcated wine region. But geographically it is located in the Alentejo region. In other words, an Alentejo with Atlantic features. Hence the unmistakable style and personality of its wines.
Located between the districts of Setúbal and Évora, next door to Ribeira do Sado and surrounded by rice paddies and vineyards. Here serious wines are produced that respect nature and long aging.
Pairs well with beef, pasta, veal, and poultry dishes.
